1-3 Weeks After Launch

Eligibility File Setup
The eligibility file cannot be received by First Stop Health until the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, we can receive the file at any time but no later than two weeks before their go-live date.
Every client has access to submit their file to First Stop Health through our employer portal, and there is no fee to use our portal. If a client would like to set up an automated file feed, we can integrate with their eligibility vendor. (this is usually decided during the onboarding call).
A couple of things to note about automated file feed integrations:
- Eligibility file vendors may charge a fee for a file integration. The client should be sure to discuss that with the Eligibility file vendor prior to starting an integration with First Stop Health.
- Eligibility file vendors often require at least six to eight weeks to build the file automation so setting up a call with their Eligibility file vendor as early as possible in the onboarding process is key to ensure that there is ample time for testing and sending the final production file to us at least two weeks before their go-live date.
- If the production file is not complete two weeks before their go-live date, the client will need to submit their first file and any subsequent files via our employer portal until the file integration is complete.
Post-Launch Interactions
You Customer Success Manager, who you’ll be introduced to within one week after launch, will work closely with you as an extension of your own team. They take care of the heavy lifting, partnering with you to create tailored strategies that help employees thrive and deliver positive, meaningful outcomes. We will also give you administrative access to their portal so that you can also view their monthly on-demand reports.
By the 10th business day of each month, the utilization report through the end of the prior month will be available on the admin portal.

Your Customer Success Representative will keep you copied on email correspondence and meetings with the client.
All contracting questions should be directed to your FSH Sales Director while all other client questions can be directed to the client’s Customer Success Manager
