Solution Overview

Primary Care: Holistic, patient-centered Primary Care focuses on treating the whole person, addressing not only physical health but also emotional, social, and mental well-being. Doctors are available for urgent, preventive, and chronic care support and a broader, wrap-around network of board-certified health coaches, registered dietitians, certified diabetes educators for health coaching are available as soon as next day. Registered nurses are available for advocacy, steerage, adherence, and everything between advanced clinical and benefits navigation.

Urgent Care: Available 24/7 for non-emergency, episodic health issues. Members have access to high quality doctors who are 100% board certified doctors for at least 5 years and who are directly contracted with First Stop Health. On average, members connect to doctors in <5 minutes via app, website, or phone (video consultations are optional).

Whole Mental Health: Easy access to mental health and wellbeing services employees need — all at no cost to them and their dependents. Whole Mental Health includes short-term and long-term therapy and access to certified health coaches for things like tobacco cessation, life, and vision planning. There are no predefined limits on the number of patient visits. Doctors are available for Rx and crisis support is available in <30 minutes with a therapist. 

Short-Term Mental Health: Short-term, solution-focused counseling in 3-5 sessions. Therapists are available in <3 days and crisis support is available in under 30 minutes with a therapist.
