Your first invoice is based on the number of employees on your enrollment file and is sent on your launch date. This invoice is for your first month of service.​ ​

Monthly invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month. Quarterly invoices will be sent on the 1st day of the new quarter and annual invoices will be sent on the anniversary of your launch date.

Let's look at an example of how invoicing works for a January 1st launch date for monthly, quarterly, and annual billing arrangements.

• Monthly invoicing: Your first invoice would be sent on January 1st for January services. Your second invoice would be sent on February 1st for February's services.
• Quarterly invoicing: Your first invoice would be sent on January 1st for January, February, and March services. Your second invoice would be sent on April 1st for April, May, and June services.
• Annual invoicing: Your first invoice would be sent on January 1st for that year's services. Your second invoice would be sent on January 1st of the following year for that year's services.​

How do I read our invoice? ​
The invoice contains one line item for each product you have with First Stop Health.​ ​

What is PEPM?
​PEPM = Per Employee Per Month. This rate is applied to each employee (primary member) enrolled in the benefit.

​When are invoices due?
Invoices are due net 15 days per your signed contract.

​​How are invoices paid?
​To make invoice payment as easy as possible for your team, invoices are paid via ACH collection. On the due date of each invoice, we pull the funds from your bank account and you're all set!

After you upload a census file or manually add a new member, an employee's access will begin on the first day of the next month. (If you have designated immediate access for your products, then new members will become active as soon as they are in our system.) Deactivations (roll-offs) always occur at the end of the month in which they were requested.

​Since we are billing for active employees, any employee who is active in the First Stop Health system on the 1st of the month will be included on the invoice for that month.​

​For example, if an employee is showing as active in the First Stop Health system on March 1st, we will bill for them on the March invoice. ​​If an employee is activated after after March 1st, they will appear on the next month's invoice.

Important Reminder​: It is up to you to maintain current eligibility. Any employee who is active in the First Stop Health system can use the service. Therefore, we will bill for that service.
