About

Dr. Taylor is a dedicated physician specializing in the management and reversal of chronic conditions, including hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), obesity, and metabolic syndrome. Her approach emphasizes prevention, lifestyle medicine, and personalized care.

 

A Colorado native, Dr. Taylor combines clinical expertise with a passion for building strong patient relationships. She believes that meaningful change happens when care is collaborative and rooted in trust.

 

Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two sons, and their lively dog, Nemo. Her children attend a Spanish immersion school, and she’s actively learning Spanish to stay connected. She’s also passionate about reading and exploring how nutrition, movement, and environmental factors influence long-term health.

Education
Dr. Taylor went to medical school at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She also completed several years of OB/GYN training at University of Colorado, before finding her passion in Adult Primary Care at Swedish Family Medicine Residency outside of Denver.
