Jessica is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She is passionate about proactive healthcare and believes lasting wellness comes from caring for the mind, body, and soul. Her approach focuses on understanding the whole person and helping patients integrate healthy habits into their daily lives.

Jessica believes healthcare is most effective when it is a collaborative partnership. She works closely with each patient to ensure they feel informed, supported, and actively involved in developing a care plan that aligns with their individual goals and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cheering on her three children at their activities and spending time with her four-legged family members.
