Denise Forbes, APN, is a nurse practitioner specializing in Family Medicine, where she focuses on the entire mind and body. Denise became an APRN to have a greater impact on patient care through advanced clinical skills and increased autonomy. She wanted to expand her ability to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care while forming lasting relationships with my patients. Denise enjoys the challenge of diagnosing complex conditions and creating individualized treatment plans for her patients. The ability to educate and empower her patients about their health is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. She is also passionate about addressing the unique needs of geriatric patients.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys attending sports events and spending time with her family. She is also involved in healthy awareness events, which allow her to contribute to the well-being of others beyond her clinical practice.
