After your first visit, you can schedule care with other providers as well! Your provider can also help you determine which other providers or specialists would be most helpful to you.

Typically, employers or organizations provide First Stop Health’s services at little to no cost to you. Check the membership email or letter you received when your employer added you to their First Stop Health plan.  You can also contact your HR team or just ask us when you call to request a visit.

Absolutely. We understand there's a lot at stake when it comes to the privacy of individual information. Therefore, we keep health information (i.e., medical information, diagnosis, medical treatment, etc.) protected to keep your identity safe.
