How to upload documents for your primary care provider
Follow these steps to upload any documents, such as medical records or lab results, for your primary care provider.

Follow these steps to upload a document:
- Log in to your account on our mobile app or by visiting firststophealth.com
- Navigate to the “Messages” tab on your profile
- Click “New” to start sending your documents
- Select your provider’s name to start your message
- Tap the “+” icon to attach documents. Here are some tips for where to save your documents before uploading:
- Apple Devices: Save to “Files” app
- Android Devices: Save to “My Files” app
- Laptop or desktop: Save to desktop folder
- You’re all set! If we have questions about any of your documents, we will reach out via the message center.
